Returns
Items can be returned in there original condition, unused in the original packaging with proof of purchase within 28 days. Please return by post to the address on the invoice which is enclosed in your parcel. Delivery charges are not refundable.
Availability/Back orders
All items are subject to availability, and if something is out of stock we will order it for you, we will then email you with the option of cancelling your order if you prefer not too wait, and of course you will be refunded in full.

Refunds
We are happy to refund items that have been returned under the conditions of our returns policy. We aim to refund payments within 48 hours. The payment card account will be credited.
Security
Shopping with Babiss is secure. You enter you details in a secure environment (SSL) and with military grade encryption, your details are encrypted. Your order cannot be read whilst it is being placed on the internet. To increase security for cardholders, we only deliver to the cardholders billing address.
Garments
We purchase garments from various sources to bring you the latest in children’s fashion. Each source has there own size guide, so in order too make your shopping experience with Babiss even easier, we have provided garment sizes in easy to read tables. All sizes are in cm and are approximate. Please take into account that garment sizes will alter when wore, for example expanded waist.
